Post Secondary Timelines
The timelines below outline the recommended post-secondary planning steps students should complete during each year of their high school career. These guidelines are designed to help students stay organized, meet important milestones, and confidently prepare for their future education and career goals.

Service Learning Verification Form
After each service learning experience, students must print the Service Learning Verification Form (double-sided), which is also available for pickup in the High School Guidance Office. The student is responsible for completing the reflection/journaling section on the back of the form and having the front of the form signed and completed appropriately. Once fully completed, the form should be submitted to the Guidance Office for review and documentation.
